Our melt in the mouth smoked salmon is smoked over oak in kilns dating back over 100 years. There are no additives or dyes, it is simply sliced very carefully by expert hand.. It has a delicate smoked taste which we think is best enjoyed with a squeeze of fresh lemon and good a pinch of salt and pepper. Alternatively, add to scrambled eggs for a very indulgent breakfast.
