These really are a treat, whether you are a vegetarian or not. Whole red peppers are filled with a combination of Cannellini beans, pesto and chopped pepper, and each pepper has its own individual sachet of garlic sauce. Serve these to guests and they will believe that you've spent all day in the kitchen.

INGREDIENTS:

Red pepper, water, Mozzarella cheese, cannellini beans, green pesto (basil, sunflower oil, salt), sunflower oil, medium fat hard cheese, garlic puree, semi-dried tomatoes, red onion, yellow pepper, salted butter, Bechamel sauce mix, olive pomace oil, whipping cream, vegetable stock, modified maize starch, basil, oregano, garilc, parsley, cracked black pepper.
