This is made exclusively for us here in Norfolk and is a substantial product that makes a very easy mini-roast for two people. A tender piece of local Turkey breast is rolled around a filling of pork and sage & onion stuffing. It is then finished by being wrapped in a rasher of unsmoked Norfolk back bacon. Each roll is a minimum of 9 ounces (255g. for the Europhiles), which will do two - although it does have a moreish quality that makes restraint very hard.
