Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. Owing to the nature of our products, we are only able to accept orders from within the UK mainland.

Prices

Our prices are reviewed every 14 days and you will be charged at the price ruling at the date of order. These prices will be confirmed to you on receipt of order.

When To Order

Order at any time by email, telephone (answer machine available) or fax. All orders will be confirmed to you and will be despatched the delivery day after receipt of order (subject to stock availability). Orders will only be despatched on the days specified below.

Delivery

Delivery is free to mainland Britain (except parts of Highland Scotland). Goods will be despatched from our depot on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - 97% of all orders will be received by you on the following day by 5pm.

It is important that all goods are removed from the packaging and placed in your freezer immediately upon receipt. If you are unable to receive delivery yourself you should inform us of an alternative delivery address and telephone number.

Out Of Stock Items

We will advise you of any items unavailable at the time of your order. Your credit card will only be debited for items which are despatched. You will be advised when the product is back in stock.

Cancellation and Returns

You can cancel your order at anytime up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are entered and held on a secure server and are never sent by email.
