One often hears of the 'humble' fishcake. Well there's nothing humble about these beauties. A combination of skinless and boneless Smoked Cod with Crispy Bacon and Brie cheese finished with fluffy mashed potato. Each fishcake is a whopping 130 grams and is finished in an oven-bake crumb.
