How is the food delivered ?

Your food will be delivered by courier to your specified address.

How soon will I receive my order?

If ordered before 9.00am Monday to Thursday then we aim to deliver before 4pm on the following day.

Can I keep the goods in the delivery box?

No, we advise the goods be removed from the packaging, and put into a freezer (before 5.30pm on the day of delivery). If you are unable to receive delivery yourself you should inform us of an alternative delivery address and telephone number.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free to mainland Britain (except parts of Highland Scotland).

How do I order?

You can buy food online, e-mail, fax or telephone, giving the delivery address, phone number and daytime contact number for an alternative delivery address.

Can I specify a delivery date?

Yes, please call us on 01508 531 580 - but deliveries cannot be made on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Bank Holidays.

How does the food remain frozen?

The food is carefully packed in insulated boxes with dry ice.

How will I know when to expect delivery?

We shall e-mail or telephone you, with confirmation of order and ask you to confirm that you are able to accept delivery, or to give an alternative address.

What if I have an emergency and I am not at home?

Telephone us immediately with confirmation of your emergency contact number and your alternative delivery address. The carrier will then receive your emergency contact number and will arrange delivery to your alternative address.

How will I know if I will like the food?
