A large fishcake with a hefty proportion of salmon. It is now becoming a tradition that salmon has to be accompanied by lemon and dill, and these do not disappoint. The reason it is becoming a tradition is because it works. Finished in oven cook breadcrumbs, these fishcakes go straight in the oven.
