These Salmon en Croute are made exclusively for Superchef by a small team who are responsible for the catering needs of some of the best functions in East Anglia. They take prime skinless and boneless Salmon fillet and make a savoury sandwich with a layer of Spinach in the middle. The Salmon is further enhanced with Shallots and Lemon cream. Needless to say the puff pastry is the best that we have ever tasted.

INGREDIENTS:

Salmon, Puff Pastry (wheat flour, vegetable oil, water, starch, salt), yeast extract, shallots, leaf spinach, nutmeg, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, sea salt, pepper, double cream, salted butter, full fat milk.
