If we said that Pangasius was related to Rock Salmon it is not very enlightening. However, Pangasius is a sustainable white fish that is superior in taste and texture to most of the other varieties that are being offered as an alternative to Cod. These goujons are in a crumb that has a Southern-fried finish and we have to say, are absolutely scrumptious. We know of one ex-naval officer who treats himself to these for breakfast. Need we say more.

Pangasius fillet (55%), wheat flour, breadcrumb, black pepper, dextrose, yeast extract, citric acid, batter, water, fennel, nutmeg extract, sunflower oil.
