How are the products delivered ?
By carrier to your specified address.
How do I order?
Online, e-mail, fax or telephone, giving the delivery
address, phone number & an day time contact number for an alternative delivery
address.
How soon will I receive my order?
If ordered before 9.00am Monday to Thursday
then we aim to deliver before 4pm on the following day or on the day requested.
Can I specify a delivery date?
Yes - but deliveries cannot be made on Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Bank Holidays.
How does the food remain frozen?
The food is carefully packed in insulated
boxes with dry ice.
Can I keep the goods in the delivery box?
No, we advise the goods be removed from the
packaging, and put into a freezer (before
5.30pm on the day of delivery).
How will I know when to expect delivery?
We shall e-mail or telephone you, with confirmation
of order and ask you to confirm that you are able to accept delivery, or to give
an alternative address.
What if I have an emergency and I am not
at home?
Telephone us immediately with confirmation
of your emergency contact number and your alternative delivery address. The carrier
will then receive your emergency contact number and will arrange delivery to your
alternative address.
How will I know if I will like the food?
There is a full product description on the
website, or call/fax us on 01508 531 580 and we will answer any question you might
