At Superchef our buyers have a long experience of working with food and take great pride in sourcing and selecting the best of everything. Wherever possible we choose ‘local’ products; for example our sausages are made for us with fully traceable free-range Suffolk pork. All our lamb and beef is guaranteed English, as is our fresh chicken. Once we have short-listed a product for inclusion into the Superchef range it is then sampled widely; if it passes this critical stage then it carries our full guarantee.
